At Luna Prime Store we handcraft every order in Türkiye and ship worldwide to selected countries. Our main market is the United States.
Processing Time
All items are made and prepared with care. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before they are handed to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after processing:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- Other destinations: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders over $250. Below that, a flat rate applies by region:
- United States: $4.90 flat rate
- Europe: $14.00 flat rate
- Canada: $16.00 flat rate
- Asia (Japan, South Korea, UAE, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Qatar, Kuwait): $30.00 flat rate
- Australia & New Zealand: $35.00 flat rate
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and selected countries in Asia. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
