Do you make holsters for a firearm that isn’t listed?
Yes. Our holsters are custom-molded to each firearm, so if your gun model is not shown on the site we can still make one for you. Just email us at info@lunaprimestore.com with your firearm make and model and we will take care of the rest.
Are your holsters really handmade?
Yes. Every holster is handcrafted from genuine leather and hand-molded for a precise fit. Because each piece is made by hand, small natural variations in the leather are normal and are part of the character of a handmade product.
What is the difference between OWB, IWB and SOB holsters?
- OWB (Outside the Waistband): worn outside the pants on the belt. Easy to draw and comfortable for open or range carry.
- IWB (Inside the Waistband): worn inside the pants for better concealment under clothing.
- SOB (Small of Back): worn at the center of the lower back for discreet carry.

Do you ship to my country?
Our main market is the United States, and we also ship to Canada, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and selected countries in Asia. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently ship there — but please contact us and we will do our best to help. See our Shipping Policy page for full details.
How long will my order take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After that, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days to the United States, 5–12 business days to Europe, and 7–15 business days to other destinations. You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $250. Below that, a flat rate applies by region (for example $4.90 to the United States and $14.00 to Europe). The exact amount is shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy page for the full rate list.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, email support@lunaprimestore.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Please contact support@lunaprimestore.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or offer a full refund, and you will not pay return shipping in this case.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. For large or wholesale orders we prepare custom quotes. Email info@lunaprimestore.com with the items and quantities you need and our team will get back to you.
